DATA QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
At DanSan Globe, we recognize the paramount importance of data quality and prioritize the maintenance of a high level of accuracy, completeness, consistency and reliability. We understand that organizations heavily rely on quality data to drive informed decision-making, optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and elevate overall business performance.

To ensure the utmost data quality, we proactively update our master database every 3 months. Additionally, we conduct thorough tele-verification once a year to validate and authenticate the information. To instill confidence in our clients, we offer a contractual guarantee of 95% on email deliverability and accuracy for all other data fields. In the rare instance of encountering a hard bounce or discovering incorrect data exceeding 5%, we provide a hassle-free 1-1 replacement at no additional cost.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional data, we do not rush the delivery process. Once you have signed up for a purchase, the complete list undergoes a meticulous final re-verification process; our dedicated team manually checks and verifies each and every contact information to ensure the highest level of accuracy. This rigorous validation process may take approximately 3 to 9 business working days, depending on the size of the list. Rest assured, when you receive the database, it will be only a few hours old, providing you with the most up-to-date and reliable data for your marketing initiatives.
